Chrystal Clean Is a Residential, Commercial & Real Estate Cleaning company that has serviced the Durham Region and surrounding Rural Areas since 2011.

We are Registered, Criminally Bonded & Liability Insured. All of our employees have completed criminal background checks, through training and have signed NDA and confidentiality agreements to ensure our clients' privacy.

We have worked with many Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, and have a lot of experience with Real Estate Cleanings. We understand that every listing is "situation / commission-based" and that is okay! We are here to help you get your listings ready for the market, working with you and your budget.

We provide all equipment and cleaners and offer both Chemical and Eco-friendly cleaning options with no additional fees to your or your client's preference.

We provide our clients with an extensive cleaning checklist that Is CUSTOMIZED to our clients' individual needs, ensuring communication and that time spent Is on exactly what you would like cleaned on your appointment!

Communication Is very important to us. As everyone’s preferences vary, our service Is charged hourly to ensure accurate and fair pricing for our clients.

Our hourly rate for our Real Estate and Deep Cleaning Service is $75 an hour + HST. This rate includes two employees per hour and we provide you with both Invoice and receipt for your records. Payment Is required the same day as the cleaning. Payment options are E- transfer and Credit. You will receive both Invoice and Paid Receipt for your records.

Please note, we have a two-hour minimum in our service area in Durham Region (Pickering - Newcastle) and a four-hour minimum for bookings out of the area + additional travel fees based on location.

On "average" a 2000 square foot home can take 4- 6 hours to complete everything on our checklist excluding Interior cabinets.

Covid 19 Protocol:
At Chrystal Clean, we are completing health questionnaires daily, and wearing both masks and gloves while we are inside cleaning. We have recently switched out our Dyson vacuums for Miele vacuums with increased Hepa filtration and are thoroughly disinfecting all of our equipment and cleaning products with hospital-grade disinfectants to ensure there is no contamination between homes. We are not asking clients to leave their homes, however, we are enforcing social distancing. If your clients will be home for the cleanings, please ask them to remain at a safe distance with us at all times while we are there.
