Chrystal Clean is a Residential, Commercial & Real Estate cleaning company that has serviced the Durham Region and surrounding Rural Areas since 2011. We are Registered, Criminally Bonded & Liability Insured. All of our employees have completed criminal background checks, through training and have signed NDA and confidentiality agreements to ensure our clients privacy.
We provide all equipment and cleaners and offer both chemical and Eco friendly cleaning options to our clients with no additional fees to your preference.
We are not your standard cleaning company. Communication and organization is very important to us. We provide our clients with a four page extensive cleaning checklist that is CUSTOMIZED to our clients individual needs, ensuring communication and that time spent is on exactly what you would like cleaned on your appointment.

As everyone’s preferences vary, our service is charged hourly to ensure fair pricing for our clients. Our hourly rate for our Deep Cleaning Service is $75 an hour + HST.
This rate includes two employees per hour and we provide you with both invoice and receipt for your records. Please note, we have a two hour minimum in our service area in Durham Region (Pickering – Newcastle) and a four hour minimum for bookings out of area + additional travel fees based on location.
Time estimates based on home square footage and “AVERAGE BUILD UP” to complete our entire checklist; excluding tile and grout steam cleaning and interior cabinets.
Please note, If your home has not been well maintained; or has more than “average” build up it will require more time than the estimates provided below.
1000 – 1500 sq ft > 4 – 5 hours
2000 – 2500 sq ft > 5- 6 hours
2500 – 3000 sq ft > 6- 8 hours
3000 – 3500 sq ft > 8 – 10 hours
On the day of your appointment:
Please allow 10 minutes of your time when the cleaners arrive to complete a walk through with you and provide you with a time estimate based on the current build up and items selected on your checklist.
At this time, you have the opportunity to modify and confirm your checklist based on the time estimate provided to ensure communication. A walk through will also be completed prior to leaving, to ensure satisfaction.
Payment is required the same day as cleaning by 8:00pm. You will receive an Invoice prior to the cleaners leaving. E-transfer & Credit is accepted for payment. Invoice and Receipt provided for your records
If you are interested in becoming a retaining client, we offer flat rates weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to maintain the home with consistent scheduling; once the deep cleaning has been completed. You will receive a quote from us within 48 business hours of your deep cleaning appointment via email.
